Agile Testing Process
Our Testing Process starts with requirements gathering and analysis. We process this information and create a Test Plan and Test Strategy. Once requirements are refined our test experts start creating Test Cases and perform GAP analysis. We also create a test traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are covered.
During the Test Execution phase Defects are created, Defect reports are generated and Defect Life Cycle begins.
